One to one coaching is 100% focused on where you’re at and what you need in every moment.
How does coaching work?
Good question and difficult to answer without you experiencing it. However here goes! I work intuitively to help you get to the root cause of what’s blocking you from getting the changes you want to see in your life.
I guide you to clear these blocks through a process called Feel It. This will enable you to let go of the associated negative patterns the blocks have been causing in your life. You’ll notice that a lot of new insights and awareness will come up for you during these sessions.
I’ll teach you how to do everything for yourself and will set you things to focus on between sessions, which means you’ll be practising these tools and getting good at them during the 3 month period.

Where do my sessions take place?
Our sessions will take place online or in person. We can discuss which will be best when we meet the first time. Online is a great way of working, it allows you to be in your own space and it of course eliminates the hassle of getting to a location on time, and it’s awesome to meet in person where location allows.
How long does a session last?
Sessions are around 90 minutes long.
